A New Form of Hotel Central Reservation System
GauVendi is a new form of hotel Central Reservation System (CRS), built on Dynamic Inventory. It can replace a traditional CRS by bringing products, rates, availability, restrictions, reservations and connected distribution into one Sales Operating Platform. Your PMS stays in place. Dynamic Inventory turns the differences between rooms into bookable offers with their own prices. Guests can choose what matters to them, while every offer remains linked to the physical rooms that can fulfil it.
You're leaving money on the table
In retail, every unit is a product. In hotels, units vanish into categories — the category becomes the product. Your system flattens the garden room, the quiet corner room and the room next to the elevator into one label at one price. Valuable differences can be buried inside generic categories: the view, the quiet floor, the balcony — built, paid for, never priced. Your own website shows the same "Standard Double" as Booking.com, so price becomes your only lever. Specific, accurate room features also give connected discovery tools more useful information than a category label alone. No chef sells "dough — one price": the same dough becomes spaghetti, lasagna, truffle ravioli — three dishes, three prices. Your rooms deserve the same treatment.
One space. Multiple products — Dynamic Inventory
GauVendi transforms each physical unit into targeted, benefit-driven products that match different guest needs — from booking through fulfillment, including automated unit assignment. In an illustrative sold-out night with 10 units and 10 guests, static category sales collapse the 10 units into 3 categories with 3 price points and cap revenue at €1,320. Dynamic Inventory sells the same 10 units as 15+ products with individual prices, matches every guest to their best-fit product, and captures €1,590 — +20% from the same rooms on the same night.
Can GauVendi replace our CRS and booking engine?
Yes and no. Yes: GauVendi does the job a traditional CRS and booking engine do today — sellable products, rates, availability, restrictions, reservations and connected distribution, the booking flow on your website through the Internet Sales Engine, and phone and email reservations through Call Pro Plus. No: GauVendi is more than a CRS and more than a booking engine. A booking engine lists room categories; GauVendi is a Sales Operating Platform built on Dynamic Inventory, where the same physical room supports several bookable products, each priced by its own features. Your PMS remains the operational system of record. Before migration, we confirm your required channels, integrations, property structure and reservation workflows.
Is GauVendi a channel manager?
Yes and no. Flexi-Channel distributes your inventory to OTAs and the GDS, so GauVendi can take over the channel-manager role. What differs is what travels: instead of one category at one price everywhere, GauVendi can send channel-differentiated products, so each channel sells the offer you intend it to sell. If you would rather keep your current channel manager, that works too — channel distribution is reviewed as part of the migration and we agree which system carries which channel.
Customer results and evidence
Seven properties have published their results, each normalised to 100 direct online bookings so that any hotel can compare. Per 100 direct online bookings, between 35 and 78 guests chose an individualised product instead of the plain category, between 19 and 46 booked above the category price, and the properties recorded around €3 to €49 more per direct online booking — on average about €14, median €9. Every published property has at least doubled its online direct-booking share compared with the period before GauVendi. Outcomes vary by property. Read the recorded property results or the GauVendi FAQs.
Implementation and integrations
Implementation can take about three days for a ready setup. The timetable depends on your room data, integrations and launch scope. We agree a go-live date after checking those dependencies. Direct PMS integrations include apaleo, Mews and Oracle OPERA Cloud. Your RMS can continue to supply reference rates. We review channel distribution as part of the CRS migration, including whether your existing channel manager stays or Flexi-Channel replaces it.
One platform. Eight products. Modular.
Sales Engine (AI-powered direct booking), Matchr-AI (the chatbot that sells, 24/7), Call Pro Plus (phone reservations & offers), Sales Optimizer (LOS automation & gap sales), Inventi-Flow (continuous room-assignment optimization), Flexi-Channel (channel-differentiated distribution via OTAs and GDS), BI Tool (feature-level intelligence) and PickYourMatch (accommodation discovery through supported AI connections). Most properties start with the Sales Engine and add from there — for independent hotels, hotel groups, vacation rentals, boutique properties and extended stays.
