Is this Attribute-based selling?
Attribute-based selling is often defined as selling individual room features—like high floor, low floor, or specific amenities—alongside traditional room categories. While we can do this, our approach goes far beyond just selling attributes. We’re not in the business of selling features—we’re in the business of selling experiences. That’s why we focus on dynamic matching and hyper-personalized guest journeys, ensuring every stay is uniquely tailored to individual preferences.

What happens to Rate Parity?
Rate parity with other distribution platforms is mandated in some countries but not in others. It is generally understood as offering the same products at the same price across all channels.
