Is this Attribute-based selling?

Attribute-based selling is often defined as selling individual room features—like high floor, low floor, or specific amenities—alongside traditional room categories. While we can do this, our approach goes far beyond just selling attributes. We’re not in the business of selling features—we’re in the business of selling experiences. That’s why we focus on dynamic matching and hyper-personalized guest journeys, ensuring every stay is uniquely tailored to individual preferences.

When is the best time to implement it?

If you're in the business of selling accommodation experiences, every day you wait is money left on the table. Every day without upselling, you're missing revenue. What type of properties are best suited?

Assigning too late, on the other hand, risks compromising the guest experience by overlooking preferences and upsells. The solution lies in dynamic inventory, where room assignments are continuously optimized and re-adjusted to balance flexibility with guest satisfaction.

What happens to Rate Parity?

Rate parity with other distribution platforms is mandated in some countries but not in others. It is generally understood as offering the same products at the same price across all channels. However, Dynamic Inventory sells differentiated products by channel, meaning rate parity applies only to the same products offered, with the lowest available price always ensured.
